Summary
Kate Eskuri obtained her doctorate of nursing practice (DNP) from the University of Minnesota in 2021 with a focus in integrative health and healing. Kate currently works in a health coaching capacity with patients from a variety of backgrounds, ages, pathophysiologies, and diagnoses. She believes in approaching each patient as a unique individual and collaborating to form an individualized plan that fits their specific health goals.
Kate is passionate about making wellbeing affordable and approachable by focusing on incremental, accessible changes that can lead to big impact. Clinical interests include health coaching, online education, motivational interviewing, group visit models of care, whole food nutrition, stress management, resiliency, physical activity, meditation, and nature-based therapies.
