Kate Eskuri received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Minnesota in 2021, specializing in integrative health and healing. Currently, she works as a board-certified health coach, collaborating with diverse patients to create personalized plans aligned with their health goals. Kate is dedicated to promoting affordable and realistic approaches to wellbeing through incremental changes with significant impacts. Her clinical interests encompass health coaching, online education, motivational interviewing, group visit models, whole food nutrition, stress management, physical activity, meditation, and nature-based therapies.
