Biography
Louise Delagran, MA, MEd, teaches the Introduction to Mindfulness 4-week in-person class, as well as the Mindfulness at Work online course.
Louise is a member of the International Mindfulness Teachers Association and received her training in mindfulness facilitation from the Mindful Awareness Research Center at the UCLA's Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. In addition to teaching mindfulness, Louise is a writer, researcher, and the editor of the Center's consumer website, Taking Charge of Your Heath & Wellbeing.
