Week Details

We all need spaces that invite us to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect—with ourselves, with one another, and with nature. Creativite experiences offer powerful ways to restore, re-balance, and renew our sense of vitality.

To support the mental health and wellbeing of our campus community and beyond, we are pleased to present Reset & Renew Week - a week’s worth of wellbeing programming from the Bakken Center and our University partners. There is something for everyone to enjoy, either on-campus or virtually. You’ll find events and activities  that weave together creativity, sound, movement, mindfulness, nature-based practices, and much more.
