The Earl E. Bakken Center for Spirituality & Healing is proud to partner with the University of Minnesota's Wellbeing Program.

Uplan members and spouses can attend the Bakken Center courses and events listed below to earn wellbeing points and save money on their health premiums. Learn from our faculty and experts on ways to take an integrative approach your wellbeing today.

Mindfulness at Work

Earn 1,200 points when you take this six week experiential, completely online course designed to teach core mindfulness skills while also exploring specific applications to the workplace setting.

Wellbeing Series

Earn 200 points by attending lectures by internationally-regarded experts that are designed to support individuals, organizations, and communities in finding their respective pathways to greater health, deeper healing, and life-long wellbeing.

Taking Charge of Your Health & Wellbeing

Take the assessment and review evidence based resources to learn how a holistic approach to wellbeing can help you discover health, contentment, purpose, and connection for 50 points under the Wellbeing My Way pledge opportunity.

Mindful Mondays

Earn 200 points per session when you participate in Mindful Mondays for the University of Minnesota's Wellbeing Program. These weekly one-hour drop-in sessions consist of meditation and a variety of light movement. Mindful Mondays are free and open to all UMN faculty, staff, and students each Monday at noon.
