Bio

Shraddha is a licensed physical therapist with over 20 years of experience working in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers and private clinics. Specifically working with chronic pain in the elderly population, Shraddha has helped many patients manage post surgical recovery, back pain, neck pain, headaches, TMJ problems, balance problems with focus on falls prevention to name a few.

Shraddha is currently involved with the University of Minnesota for their Partners for Pain project and contributing to advancements in the field of pain management with a focus on equity.

Shraddha is also currently treating patients at various assisted living facilities in the Twin Cities area providing personalized care while passionately educating patients and caregivers to maintain optimal physical health with effective communication strategies, patient care coordination, and optimizing workflow within a multidisciplinary team. With a focus on compassionate care and individualized attention, Shraddha is dedicated to empowering her patients in taking an active role in their own recovery and achieving their goals and improving their overall quality of life.
